We have app**** for unabridged birth certificates and the communication is extremely bad. I have to continuously follow up. NO ONE calls you back. I am still waiting on Nonthando to reply to my email. This is VERY frustrating. Whenever I do get through, she is never available. We have paid a deposit. Extremely bad customer service.
