Great service i've received

One of their consultants helped me to open an account with them, i received a virtual telephone line of 087, it took a little while to activate my account but i love the fact that he kept calling and updating me about their slight setback with their service provider, and by the following morning he called again to say they activated my virtual number. As an apology he offered a geographic virtual number of 011 for free, i was glad, and now my business has 2 numbers 087 and 011.

And i also asked them to add pages to my website; after analysis of my website, they told me the previous person who made website for me used WordPress and they do not use it to design their websites currently, but they will implement it soon. He said if they were not backed up, he was going to personally download WordPress and modify my website... He then referred me to another company to assist me quickly with my website. I like the fact that they were willing to pass on a client to another competition company just for the client to get a better service.
