STAY AWAY from Helderwyk Estate!

My flatmate and I stayed in Helderview Estate inside Helderwyk Estate owned/developed by Mnandi Properties.

I have several issues with the service, rude remarks and ***** dealings set out by this establishment and the owner of the unit, not to mention the ridiculous water and electricity bills we had to pay.

A month later and I am still waiting for my deposit, upon investigating what the delay could be an array of outstanding bills suddenly popped up. When enquiring with Kennedy (the owner of the unit) I am told that I have to wait for body corporate to send him a bill which will then be sent to me. Only then will I receive my deposit after he (the owner of the unit) has deducted whatever he feels like deducting. The day that we moved out I had a conversation with the owner of the unit and an arrangement was made regarding the deposit, now when I enquire about the set arrangement I am called names and he (the owner) wants to know nothing about any arrangement.

One of the ladies who works for this establishment Cynthia has been NO help and her useless answers were filled with rudeness.

When asked whether I could have a conversation with Wesley ***ner of Mnandi) to see if he would be able to help with this dispute and raise my concerns about the security of tennant's deposit, he simply stated that it's not his problem.

Horrible service!!!!! I would advise any person that decides to rent from this establishment to think twice before signing anything.
