Dangerous driving by the instructor

The instructor driving a silver Nissan Go CA...79 passed me on the N1 were the speed limit is 80kmh and he must have been doing well over 140/160kmh, cutting across lanes, tail gating, weaving in and out of cars etc while talking on his cell phone. When I finally caught up to him at the N1 City traffic department (he was there to meet a student on for a drive) I asked why he was driving like that and I got told "I am running late" and when his student arrived he very quickly became rather rude with "what-evers, if you say so, do you have proof" etc. It is not right that an instructor can brake so many rules and expect to teach others himself, attitude is terrible, driving is awful and just in general nasty, short man attitude ...............
