Debt review flag. Mmwentzel/review king /linken or Lincoln

I approached mmwentzel about my debt review flag,the clearance certificate from review king and now when I called Expirian I'm still under debt review by another company that falls under Review king and Mmwentzel. How do I deal with such a situation now because I'm not even owing them anything and I got the clearance certificate last year around November 2023 and now it's its May the 16 2024 I'm still under debt review how is it possible?
