Request for urgent assistant with house registration

My mother (sick pensioner) bought a house in Soshanguve Block R in 2013 from her colleaque who relocated to Cape Town. She requested Mmusetsi Sefanyetso, an Attorney to register that house. She paid R500 to open a file and R 4000 for registration. All relevant documentation was submitted. Till today, she has been sent from pilar to post.

In 2014, she went to the attorneys offices to make follow up, but was told the matter is recieving attention. In 2015, she went again but was told that the Attornet was sick and couldnt attend to the matter.

In 2017, we confronted him at his house because everytime we went to his practice, we will be told different stories. He will never answe his phone nor return our calls.

In 2018, he adviced us to get the certified copies of the previuos owner who is in Cape Town. We made arragement to get the documents and submitted them to him. Till today, he doesnt answer our call nor return them. We went again to his practice to seek clarity but told that he's alway in Court.

We believe that this attorney is bogus and law unto himself. He is not prepared to help us. The least he should do is to return my mother's money so that we can get someone to assit us.
