Review for MMU Group – Vryburg

My experience with MMU Group in Vryburg has been extremely disappointing due to several unfulfilled promises and delays.

When I traded in my vehicle, I was told I would receive a 60-day payment holiday, but the bank declined this. The dealership then promised to pay the first instalment, which never happened.

I also requested tinted windows before collection, but the car was handed over without them. The tinting was only done a week later.

There was an issue with petrol reimbur*****t as well. The amount given did not fully cover the fuel and distance travelled, and I had to repeatedly follow up before the full reimbur*****t was made.

Most concerning is that the vehicle was delivered without a licence plate. After the 21-day permit expired, I was issued another temporary permit. I am now approaching 42 days without a permanent licence plate.

Overall, the process involved poor communication, delays, and commitments that were not honoured. I expected far better service.
