Payments

I'm highly disappointed in the group. In August we traded our polo vivo in on the Tata punch. Great car but the service is terrible. Waited almost 2 months for the cash back to be paid and polo to be settled. Then an issue with the licensing in the end we had to go do it ourselves which we waiting for the refund. If you ask they busy with it. How long does it take to put the amount in and pay. When you ask about things you get told I will get back to you which never happens. We were considering buying a second vehicle but that's not going to happen. I've had to deal with **** like this before. Pretty sure there is other places that sell tata with better service.
