MMU motor multi franchise lephalale

My name is Amogelang Monyeki and I had the worsed experience from the MMU group lephalale. I bought a car 2025 Renault Triber 1.0 life from them on the 07th of February 2025 at 45kms and the car broke down on the 08th February 2025. Towed it to them at 132kms and they said it factory fault on the 10th of February 2025. I wasn’t happy and I asked for withdrawal of contract/Termination of contract on the 10th which is acceptable because is within 5 days since I took the car. They are refusing to terminate the contract and want me to state reasons why I need to terminate the contract with them. Peter who is dealing with the finance was busy shouting at me telling me how he will not withdraw the contact. Wrote emails to them, managers and superiors included. Still sitting with no help from them. The bank that financed me made it clear that it is possible to do so since I’m within the period of withdrawal. But no luck. To my opinion this people sold me a lemon car, so be aware of this franchise. Find other dealerships if you want a new car, don’t walk in my shoes.
