MMU GROUP LEPHALALE IS A ****!
My name is Amogelang Monyeki from lephalale.i bough Renault triber at MMU group lephalale which came faulty of course. The dealer on top of the faulty car charged me road cover and delivery fee and I clearly stated that I will be fetching the car myself. Now when they are asked, they claim that they explained everything to me the day before the collection and I had 24 hours to think it through. The paper with all this was given to me on the day of delivery, no signature, no explanation. How’s it possible to fetch the car yet being charged for delivery? People, I warn you again… PLAY VERY FAR FROM MMU GROUP LEPHALALE. That dealer is here to rob us. They do not care, as long as they are getting money.

“Service and Delivery” fees are additional fees that customers can find on their invoice when purchasing a vehicle from a reputable seller, which is a standard requirement when purchasing a Vehicle in South Africa regardless of whether the customer collects the Vehicle or it gets delivered.
The following items are the most common things that are included in these fees:
Roadworthy Certificate,New Number Plates and The Vehicle’s Registration.
You could think of this as a safety or quality check done to the vehicle to make sure that it is 100% safe to drive before delivery is taken from the dealership.
