MMU Dealership Failed to Settle My Trade-In Vehicle Finance

I traded in my vehicle at MMU Dealership when purchasing another vehicle. Mohammed assured me that the outstanding finance on my trade-in would be settled immediately before I accepted the new vehicle.

It has now been two months, and the finance is still unpaid. The bank is constantly contacting me regarding the arrears, while MMU has possession of my vehicle and is not responding to my calls or resolving the matter.

I am extremely disappointed and request that MMU urgently settle the outstanding finance and provide proof of payment, including addressing any additional charges caused by the delay.

I trusted MMU's commitment and expect this matter to be resolved urgently.
