Defective vehicle, dishonest dealership and no accountability
I purchased a vehicle from Autohaus Beyers under the mmu group, and within just 36 days of having the vehicle in my possession ,the turbo failed. The dealership authorized a warranty claim without my consent, and I was never informed of this decision. This lack of transparency is unacceptable.
In addition to the turbo issue, the vehicle has multiple faults:
Faulty Park Distance Control (PDC) Poorly installed rear-view camera wiring Severely damaged shocks (the mechanic was surprised it passed roadworthy) Sound coming from the gearbox, (I was told it was fixed, but the sound was still there) Despite numerous requests, not one manager has contacted me or taken responsibility. The salesperson continues to give vague responses like “go ahead with the turbo repair” and “I’m speaking with my managers,” but no clear answers have been provided.
I’ve asked for clarity on:
Who will resolve these issues? Who will pay for the repairs? What vehicle I’m expected to drive in the meantime? When my request for a refund will be acknowledged This experience has been extremely disappointing. I am requesting a full refund and urge others to be cautious when dealing with this dealership.
