Poor Service by MMR Electronics

Purchased a stove plate element from MMR Electronics on 25/06/2020. Did not use it as the fault is not with the plate after further investigation. Returned the plate on 30/06/2020 but they have no returns policy on electronic components. Will be taking this further with my lawyer as it is against CPA.
