They will take your money and not deliver on the project. Shoddy work & appauling customer service

I enlisted the services of Mmokone Interior & Exterior Designs and was promised the small home renovations would take a day. I paid the full invoice amount and got shoddy work, with them not even bothering to finish all elements paid for. The owner, Livhuwani, promised to rectify the situation but has since ghosted me by ignoring all my calls and no longer responding to emails. I shared pictures and videos of the work I complained about and she acknowledged that the team had not delivered on the project so it would be rectified. It's March and this project was meant to have been completed in December. I have since asked for a refund because i now have to bring other people in to rip out the skirtings that were incorrectly installed so new ones can be installed. This has now become an expensive exercise for me, while they keep running away from fixing issues created by them.
