Misrepresentation by MMN

My name is Teboho Richard mohale and my phone number is ***. I was fired from work June 2023 and I decided to take my previous employer to CCMA . That's when I decided to involve a labour company called MMN Labour lawyers. At first things were going well until we had to attend an arbitration at CCMA and they never showed up . I won my case at CCMA by default because even my employer never showed up. I was instructed to go back to work August the 15th but they never communicated that with me . I called my previous employer about my award and I was told that as far as they know they have settled with MMN Labour lawyers . I have been trying to contact them but with no luck. I want to find out about my case and the settlement my ex employer is talking about because I have not even received any money in my account and it has been two months now . If they have settled, they did so without my consent because I told them that all I want to do is go back to work . I'm disappointed in MMN Labour lawyers in their service and with their failure to communicate with me as their client
