These people are not organized, I suspect it to be a fly by night law firm. My case was treated terribly, I had to continously remind them of my case, the first day of consilition their Representative knew nothing of my case and printed evidence which I had sent two weeks prior. In a nutshell, very disorganized, know that you are on your own, or get an alternative representation.
