Cheeky Debt collector \My calls is your POP""""

I Requested for a statement, Ms Pearl from MMM Capital in a Dominant tone told me there's nothing they can do to prove that they receiving all my payments and gets allocated correctly, she told me she calls me every time and that is my confirmation that MMM Capital has received my payment, she threatens me for payments and has NO Respect @ all. I don't feel good giving money to such companies if they do not know how to ask properly nor explain with figures on a statement as to what im owing them. I am in the dark with what im being charged with from this Stupid company, CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP?
