MML Response time

During the morning of 14 August 2019 we had a break in at our house, the alarm got triggered when the burglar entered our tv room. As soon as the alarm was triggered MML control room phoned us, we heard the burglar in the house and MML informed us that a patrol car will be send out, all of this happened within 10 - 15 minutes.

This is just a huge thumbs up and thank you to MML security for the quick response.
