Terrible service

<p>I called in the beginning of October wanting to cancel savings plan/life cover, the gentelman who answered the phone told me he cant help me i have to call my Financial advisor they are the ones that can help my, well i contacted my Financial Advisor until now they are still coming to see me and i told them its an urgent matter I called the financial advisor but no response</p>
