Momentum Metropolitan is abit outdated and don't take customer care and customer experience seriously which is shocking in 2023. Customer service agents are unsure and not informative like they are not sure what they actually doing. Then coming to claims they can stipulate we pay for example we pay within 26 days then end up with 100 days your claim not paid without being informed as to why only thing. In closing unreliable, inconsistent, unprofessional, ********* really shocking in 2023 how horrible they are. Definitely left in the 1980s with your customer service and customer experience as they do you a favor.
