Toyota bethlehem - not worth the stress

On 11th February I took my car to the garage for service but what I got from them was dishonesty, stress and unnecessary expenses due to lack of service on my car.

When driving my car after the "so called service", I felt the drive was not smooth and I heared some noises from the engine. I took my car to Harrismith Toyota and they confirmed the diesel filter was not replaced.

I contacted Toyota Bethlehem reporting this - they said they replaced the filter and in fact I owe them R1373 for the filter as they didn't charge it to my invoice because it was already after 17:00. I let them know I have already paid at Harrismith to which Bethlehem Toyota said they will refund me but that never happened.

Everyone knows that mechanics are ************* but I never imagined an established business brand to be so ********* and *************. I'm never going back there again.
