SUBSIDY VEHICLE ORDER

I app**** for a government subsidy car in 2013 February. November 2013 I received an email indicating that the bank has approved my application. since then I have been calling only to be told that my car has been ordered at Ford SA. In September 2014 I called only to be told that my car was never ordered. when I asked why, I was told that there was an error. From September 2014 till today, I have been calling only to be told that Mmela is waiting for the invoice from Ford SA.
