Poor service

I am a client of this company, not by choice. I have not recieved a statement for my vehicle for the past 8 months. I have contacked them via landline and the response is always the same, a company was subcontracted to send out the statements, but now they are. So a person named Andries will send my statement. Needless to say I am still awaiting a statement. My vehicle is paid up by 15 July 2018. This service or lack there of is totally unacceptable.
