order verification

I app**** for subsidy car on the 10 July 2014 and i was told the order was done on the 21 August 2014 up until now i have not received it and there is no explanation as to whats the delay.They have bad attitude when you enquire from them .my name is Ntombekhaya Tuluma persal ***4
