NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was retrenched in October 2015 and I went to the store in Cape Gate and asked for the necessary documentation. I received all the necessary documentation and sent it to the insurance legal department. A lady by the name of Heidi, assisted me. Everything went well - no body called me. I was unemployed till October 2016, and during the end of October 2016, I got a casual job, and the possibility of it becoming permanent was dismal. However, January of this year I became permanent. I made a payment of R 1000.00 and I called the Financial Services. No body was available to take my call and the person assured me that they would give the message. To date no body called and then I received an sms to say that an application for default and that it was an amount of R 7000.00. So that means that the documentation that I sent was never looked at. No body calls me, and no emails. I sent my work details to Woolworths from my work email and nobody rep**** to that either. In the meantime my gmail account was hacked and I now have a new email address. Needless to say I am disappointed in this. It looks like its the norm to give bad service.
