Long waiting for subsidised vehicle

<p>I am very upset that since 2011 when i finished paying my second subsidised vehicle, I waited patiently until today. There's so many stories keeps on comming up as excuses. since September 2011, my application was approved and forwarded for ordering of the vehicle of my choice. Everytime I expect good news that my car has been delivered, They tells me to re-submit 3 months latest stamped bank statement, latest certified driver's and id card copies on both sides, latest proof of residence from local municipality. This process has become a routine which is very irritating and anoying. Again every 3 months I'm told that we need to choose a new vehicles from a new list of car prizes. please someone help and intervene on this matter. This year is my sixth year waiting for my subsidy vehicle delivery. </p>
