Long over due car repairs

Accident occurred on the 4th of April, I only got the courtesy car on the 20th April which has been recalled even though my car is not yet ready. I am stuck now and unable to do my work as I am a field worker. Next week it's the 4th of June and since the 4th April I am the one who has been calling now and again to check the progress, holding not less than 5 to 10 minutes each time I call, think about the airtime I have spent this far. I feel that this is unacceptable client service considering that I've been paying insurance to prevent exactly what is happening to me at my point of need.
