Car Insuarance (Mmela (with Rodel SA n Nzalo)

Been with Mmela(in partnership with Rodel SA n Nzalo) for over a year.had an accident in 10 march and till this date my claim is still floating.every time I call for follow up there's an excuse on why there's a delay.today (8 may 18) I made another follow up if the payment was made I'm being told "about technical error" that made payments to be rejected.guys stay away from this guys.worse enough I can't speak to any manager I being told I can only speak to the 2 people I have been speaking to since 10 march..you want a peace of mind and professional treatment go shop somewhere else for insuarance! ?I was not warned?
