False advertising

I app**** for a rental property in Durbanville Selborne Place, application was successful. Property viewed was not the property handed over to me on arrival. Property in very poor state and not in living conditions. I have paid the deposit and rent for March but cannot move into the place due to its state. Was confirmed all maintenance and repairs will be done by owner. Requested e-mail to list repairs that will be done twice but have not received anything yet. I feel this is breech of contract and false advertising.
