Unhappy with Peter Chen (MMC Deco)

Peter Chen from P and D Trading (Trading as MMC DECO) came to put in laminating flooring in our whole home. It lasted only a while and he came back to fix a few problems. Since then we have tried numerously to contact Peter who has promised to come back to fix the entire home as the floor has lifted, discoloured and is broken in places. I feel we have been taken for a ride and spent a fortune yet he does not care and has not fulfilled his promise to fix the flooring especially that it had a 15 year guarantee. Please DO NOT use Peter Chen. He is a schemer!
