Avoid doing business with Michael De Villiers—he’s a ****mer. He takes upfront payments for materials, never starts the job, and keeps your money. He previously ran Belvirox Pty Ltd before MMC Builders, but the MMC emails no longer work. I believe he’s operating under a new name again. He repaid part of the money after a long court battle but still owes me. Michael, pay me back!
