worse Experience ever

i bought a gift voucher for a gift for my husband to the spa and paid R665. It was a package. i had the worse experience having a body massage were the lady massages your feet using her Knuckles. the lunch that was served 45mins later was even more awful as my husband and i got up and walked out. i have complained to the person in charge who wanted me to come back for the same package promising it would be better but i said no I went home wth a swollen feet and could hardly walk for 5 days thats how bad it was so who will want to go back. she keeps telling me she will speak to her boss and get back to me and she never does come back with information just ignores my messages. R665 for and hour and half massage wishing it was over whenever they touched you and now the ignore you, i would tell everyone never to go there.
