This is either false advertising or just incompete

I bought the attached voucher for me and my mom to celebrate her birthday. 180 Minutes spa package for two. To say that it was the worst experience I've ever had at any spa, feels like an understatement.<br> <br> We arrived at 9 am as per our appointment and being the first people there. We changed and waited 15 minutes before our 1st session started. This took us to 10 am. The full body massage was nowhere near an hour. We went out to the dining area and waited 45 minutes before we were served. We ate and then were taken upstairs, where we waited and hour and a half before we got our manicures and pedicures done. We didn't even do the other session cause no1 knew what we were supposed to do next.<br> <br> They were beyond disorganised and everything just took forever. Not a drop of water was served at 35 degrees and my mom had to ask for a fan to be switched on and that was its own story.<br> <br> I paid for 180 minutes of spa, I received a good massage and a whole lot of wasting of my time. Being a single mom has made me value time above all else and I hate nothing more than people wasting my time, when that time could have been better spent with my child. Let me not even start wi
