Paid the money for the car I never received

I bought the car for R110 000.00 from Mmark Group Pty SA last year October 2022..The company promised to deliver my car within 24hrs.After three months waiting for my car I decided to cancel the deal so that I can get my refund.The company is now ignoring my calls..It is now 9months waiting for my refunds
