THANK YOU MMABATHO PALMS FOR RUINING OUR VALENTINES NIGHT

<p>Last night my husband took me out for a romantic dinner at Mmabatho palms. The reception was terrible, we had to look for a table ourselves, no one took notice of us, we called one waitron after circling in the restaurant for almost 10 minutes, She told us there were no tables available, we had to wait for her to make a table available. She promised to call us when she was done. 15 minutes past she never called us, we then decided to go and check how far she was, only to find a table that was suppposedly ours to be empty. She never bothered to offer us drinks or something while we were waiting for the table.</p> <p> </p> <p>After a long wait we finally settled down. We ordered drinks and we had to settle for alternatives as the preffered ones were out of stock. When the waitron brought the drinks she took the meals order. She vanished again after 15 minutes we were expecting our food she came back empty handed, and told us that there's no food in the kitchen. "How!" Are these people running a hotel or a ****a shop.</p> <p> </p> <p>Don't they cater enough for special days. We paid for one drink that was atleast available, then decided to leave. I expressed our dissatisfaction with the front desk, we were assited by a nice lady can't remember her name though. She gave us the option of joining the buffet which was prepared in the other dining area. It was late, we were tired since it was a work night, so we could not waste any more time. And it would have cost us more than we were willing to spend.</p> <p> </p> <p>So much for a VALENTINE'S dinner. Thank you Mmabatho palms for a ZERO star treatment</p> <p> </p> <p>We were not happy with the whole experince, we were tossed around just to get a plate of food and a good service which we were going to pay for.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
