Poor service

I went to a restaurant at Mmabatho Palms, the place wasn't packed but had to go find a waiter/waitress to bring us a menu. After decided on what we wanted to come, we waited for a long time before getting served. I even ordered a takeaway and told the waiter about 3 times that I did not want chilli wings but barbecue wings which to my disappointment were chilli and couldn't eat them when I got home.
