Hell away from Home!

We arrived at dinner 20:45 on 03/03/2015. We ordered food, I ordered steak. 25 Minutes later, they inform me there is no steak, I had to change my order. In the meantime I wanted to order another drink, there was nobody to help, I went to the bar but after 3 minutes there was nobody there to help. At 22:00 our food was ready, I was served the hardest raw rice ever and the side was not delivered as they were out of pumpkin, which was part of the first order by the way. On Thursday 04/03/2015 I wanted to call reception to bring me an iron, to discover that my phone is not working. I requested a co-worker to call and ask on my behalf she did at 06:15, after 15 minutes there was a knock on the door, two man stood there to fix the telephone but no iron. 07:15 I went to reception since there was no iron in sight and empty promise after another they will bring it. By 07:30 I was fuming since we had to leave at 08:00. I called from my cellphone and insisted I talk to a manager when I was informed the manager will only be in later and he will call me back, I still await the call.
