Confidentiality and Privacy (not their concern)

It all started when i checked in, i booked via bookings.com and it was just a tedious process to check me in (but i just love the lady Tidimalo), it used to be super fast. then i got to the room and they still had those dirty carpets, their basin was blocked and the toilet was not working properly, all this was i just overlooked and vowed to myself that i will not come back until they renovate, I like the place and i have never had issues with their stuff. The reason for all this is that, on Sunday morning a girl i know came knocking hysterically at my door, i opened the door and asked her how she found me she said the lady at reception gave her my room number. i could not deal with it then and there, so i called the Manager and he was NICE and dismissive, he did not take my numbers, phone/room or name so that he could look into it and call me back to give me feedback as i am busy writing this review a lovely lady Rebecca calls me because of a tweet that i wrote on Saturday about their blocked basins and their standards, I love the fact that she looked for my details and called me back. overall i am disappointed and disgusted at Mmabatho Palms.
