Appalled @ Palmetto
I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this restaurant. The service was painfully slow, it took 2hrs for a starter portion of livers to get to our table and ontop of that I had to go get my own drinks at the bar due our waiter being just as scares, and when I tried to address the issue with the manager, they showed no interest in speaking to customers. It's disappointing when a lack of communication and efficiency overshadow the dining experience.

27 Dec 2023, 19:39Sigh!!!! Again! At this point it feels like an abusive relationship! This time we waited at what is supposed to be the hostess station and again no one seated us! I asked for the supervisor from the onset, cause the manager wasn’t around, and boy oh boy did Tsholofelo not gaslight me telling me the reason the service was bad previously was due to us sitting on the other side of the restaurant and she insisted we sit in the badly lit side just so we aren’t “out of sight, out of mind”…. I’m actually so over this place…. The managers need to go for a management course and waiters need to stop acting like they’re doing us a favour… *******!
