No Refund after they took back their Faulty Vehicle

I purchased a Land Rover from them and it was described as Mint condition & well looked after. They had apparently taken it through roadworthy but when I took it to my local roadworthy they said the vehicle was very dangerous & could never have passed roadworthy. I then cancelled the deal 1 day after it was delivered. They collected the vehicle last Friday and by Tuesday I have still not received a refund of my deposit. They have falsified the description of the vehicle and now I'm R70000.00 out of pocket.
