MMA Wholesalers : Selling a vehicle under false pretences

I bought a Honda Civic for my son who is at University from MMA Wholesalers. They promised me that the car is in a mint condition and that it passed the roadworthy as well as a mechanical checkpoint test and they said to me that the car is fine. Honda and Bosch Car services both confirmed that the car could not have passed the roadworthy and that the vehicle was dangerous and unsafe and poses a risk to my sons life. After I took the vehicle at night at one of the dealers homes I found that everything was just the opposite when I arrived home. Honda and Bosch Car services both confirmed that the car could not have passed the roadworthy and that the vehicle was dangerous and unsafe with almost R60 000 worth of defects (quoted) not even including the fact that Bosch also pointed out that the car was in an accident. They went behind my back and removed the vehicle from Bosch without my consent. I instructed the bank MFC prior to Bosch and Honda inspections to please not pay the dealer the finance amount to no avail. The dealer was paid. MMA wholesalers received instructions from me to cancel but they still went and tried to repair the vehicle and now they are trying to deliver it to me. I did not give consent for repairing of the vehicle or to bring it back. The instruction was clear. I want the deal cancelled and I want my deposit paid back as well as all premiums paid to the bank. They tried one night to deliver the car to me while I was not home, while my lawyers already gave instruction that the deal be cancelled. They have shown that they have no regard for the law or respect for people whatsoever. The vehicle was sold to me under false pretenses and a false promise that the vehicle is in a mint condition.
