Do not want to refund on damaged goods bought.

We bought 2x Audi Q7 side mirrors from MMA Auto Spares for R11 000. When we tried it on the vehicle both were not working properly. With in a week we returned the parts to them. Now they want to give us a Credit Note for the amount and not the R11 000. We would not buy from them again because it was damaged! So a credit note wouldn't work either. I would advise everybody not to buy anything there!
