Worst Customer Service Ever

About 2 months ago I requested assistance from MMWentzel to remove my debt review flag. I spoke to Zandre who sent me the documents very eager to take my banking details. 4 payments went off that came to just over R3000. Nothing was done on the account till I enquired about it. Then after all my money was taken and I had to hound them for assistance. I dealt with rude and *********** Aphelele and Atlehang. I need to send them 5 messages a day before i get a response which I have proof of. I also have emails where I am requesting a call for the manager or a TL they outright ignored my email and keep telling me I must pay R9000 to a company I never even used. They dont communicate and they outright told me they will not refund my money. All they have done was sent a email. They have no way of addressing there customers and again I have proof of this. So I would like a manager to please call me as so get a refund for a service not delivered. Now they sending the same email to this company requesting R9000 from me and that is the service im paying for . They do a conference call with the company and the lady says i have no file there. I just want a refund and then I want to move on with my life. Please can a manager call me as I am very unhappy I do not have over R3000 to throw away. The whole experience was just horrible.
