When I signed up with them 2 months ago they were very convincing good customer service but their customer service I rate them 1, they were suppose to pay our creditors and now when I queried it they tell me my husband is not signed up and that Kirk who helped me did not liaise with them that my husband also needs to be added but the contract states his creditors on it and now his creditors is calling us all the time asking for payment. All they have to say is they really sorry for the inconvenience.
