Very very bad service

A very bad service, I've approached by one of the consultants to assist me with removing my name under debt review last year July which I paid the service fee for R6000 with installment for 6 months and the last installment me was December last year but even today am still waiting for any form of communication or my clearance certificate. The service was very bad because even today I can't get hold of them to all they're channels but they never failed to debit my account every months for 6 months. Dolan wentzel do better and deliver the service that was paid for. It's so frustrating
