Very Bad Service from WW Wentzel

I noticed people have received commendable service from this business, but I have been unfortunate. The service for me has been unbelievably bad and I have many reasons to believe that this is a **** in disguise. Their phone numbers don't work, they don't respond to emails and were quick to take money out of my account with zero service. It's a hopeless situation with this business and I congratulate those who managed to get help.
