Very Bad Service

Last month I spoke to Kgomotso and she explained how Wetzel work. I was told my debts will be cleared with the once off fee of R3450.I then sent all the necessary documents and 2 days ago a ne consultant as appointed by the name of Aphelele and he asked me to resend the docs with no explanation and I did that. Yesterday he sent me the forms that i have to sign and send back when I go through them something as not adding up and the forms were no longer specifying once off debit but monthly debit order and I was requested to sign the transfer form from the old debt consolidation company to them as a debt consolidation company. That didn't add up to me .I tried to communicate with Aphelele to get clarity before i sign instead he responded once and said 'Maam we just did the transfer for you on dhs the turn around time is 7 working days' I didn't even sign to approve that transfer . Im just hoping they wont debit my account this month
