Very Angry Client

This Company has deducted money from my account without rendering any service for me that was requested, instead i was promised a refund within 7 days. I spoke to Senzo who said he was part of management but they don't respond to wats app messages and their calls almost go unanswered… I'm really angry as that money could have gone to better use
