This company takes money promising information services and disappears then won’t pay back the money they stole

So after numerous complaints and reviews and back and forth in email and WhatsApp I have been promise a refund for the R3000 taken from my account incorrectly by this company for a service they did not give or able to give and no authority to do so they **** and tried to get me to sign back dated documents in November with a promise to pay e bac the money they took and I refused and have sent everything they requested to them so they can refund me and 4 months after this started I am still waiting for them to pay me. It’s shocking and ***** or blatant theft and they don’t care. This is how a law firm and debt assist company conducts business. Be very careful of them they feel nothing to take money from your account and back it so you can’t reverse their incorrect debits and they don’t pay you back. I’m beyond frustrated and bleak at how blatant this company is about the money they have ****** from me.
