Shocking service from MM Wentzel and Noxy!

Please note... I would not waste my own time writing this review if it was not the truth. I am doing this to protect others from this shocking service.

The service I have received from MM Wentzel has been absolutely shocking. More specifically from one of their consultants 'Noxy' who promised me the world in her marketing pitch. I decided to give them a go and once I had signed up they completely left me in the dark. I am yet to hear anything from them since I joined them. They send me a Debit order mandate that I needed to confirm via my bank account FNB and I did everything that was asked from my side. I have sent Noxy numerous messages, have tried calling her and she is not bothered at all. This is not the kind of service and care you are looking for when approaching a company like this. Please be aware of my experience and I really hope others don't get caught out like I did.

I have cancelled with MM Wentzel.
